Yuanyun Technology (圆蕴科技) gives both our business users and the end customers who message them a clear way to request deletion of their data. This page explains your options, including the automatic callback Facebook uses when someone removes our app.

1. Request deletion by email
Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account (or, if you are an end customer, describe the business you contacted and the channel you used). Please include:
- A subject line of "Data Deletion Request".
- Enough information for us to identify the data — for example, your account email, business name, or the connected Facebook Page / Instagram account / WhatsApp number.
- A statement of what you would like deleted (your entire account, or specific data such as the messages for one channel).
We will verify the request and process it within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), and we will confirm by email once it is complete. We may retain limited data where required by law or for security or backup purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Disconnect a channel in the app (self-service)
Business users can stop data collection and delete stored data themselves at any time:
- Sign in at app.roundluck.com.
- Go to Settings → Connected Channels.
- Select the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number you want to remove.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
When a business disconnects a Facebook or Instagram account, the associated access tokens are revoked and deleted, and we stop receiving new messages from that channel. Stored conversation history is kept for the business that owns it (so that reconnecting does not lose your inbox); to have it deleted as well, email us (section 1), or remove our app from Facebook and request data deletion (section 3) — that automatic path deletes tokens, stored messages, and related records. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
3. Remove the app from Facebook (automatic callback)
If you remove Yuanyun Technology from your Facebook account's Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites), Facebook automatically notifies us through the Data Deletion Request Callback configured for our application:

This callback is handled automatically: when we receive it, we delete the access tokens and messaging data associated with that user's connection and return a confirmation code so you can track the request. You do not need to take any further action for this path.
4. End customers
If you messaged a business that uses Yuanyun Technology and want your messages removed from their inbox, you can email [email protected], or contact the business directly. Because the business controls its own customer conversations, we may coordinate with that business to fulfil your request.

1. 通过邮件请求删除
请使用与您账户关联的邮箱地址发送邮件至 [email protected]（若您是终端客户，请说明您联系的企业及所用渠道）。请包含：
- 邮件主题为"数据删除请求"（Data Deletion Request）。
- 足以让我们识别相关数据的信息——例如您的账户邮箱、企业名称，或已连接的 Facebook 主页 / Instagram 账号 / WhatsApp 号码。
- 说明您希望删除的内容（整个账户，或如某一渠道的消息等特定数据）。
我们将核实请求并在合理期限内（通常为 30 天内）处理，完成后通过邮件确认。在法律要求或出于安全、备份目的时，我们可能保留有限数据，详见我们的隐私政策。
2. 在应用中断开渠道连接（自助）
业务用户可随时自行停止数据收集并删除已存储的数据：
- 在 app.roundluck.com 登录。
- 进入设置 → 已连接渠道。
- 选择您想移除的 Facebook 主页、Instagram 账号或 WhatsApp 号码。
- 点击断开连接并确认。
当企业断开某个 Facebook 或 Instagram 账号时，相关访问令牌将被吊销并删除，我们也不再接收来自该渠道的新消息。已存储的对话历史会为拥有它的企业保留（这样重新连接不会丢失收件箱）；如需一并删除，请通过邮件申请（见第 1 节），或从 Facebook 中移除本应用并发起数据删除请求（见第 3 节）——该自动通道会删除令牌、已存消息及相关记录。如需删除整个账户及所有相关数据，请发送邮件至 [email protected]（主题："Data Deletion Request"）。
3. 从 Facebook 移除应用（自动回调）
若您在 Facebook 账户的设置与隐私 → 设置 → 商务整合（或"应用和网站"）中移除圆蕴科技，Facebook 会通过为我们应用配置的数据删除请求回调自动通知我们：

该回调将被自动处理：当我们收到回调后，会删除与该用户连接相关的访问令牌与消息数据，并返回一个确认码供您追踪请求。对于此方式，您无需采取任何进一步操作。
4. 终端客户
若您曾向使用圆蕴科技的企业发送消息，并希望从其收件箱中移除您的消息，您可发送邮件至 [email protected]，或直接联系该企业。由于企业自行掌控其客户对话，我们可能会与该企业协调以完成您的请求。
